The ControlGard® Chain Hoist features an integral braking system that only allows it to move when the user is actively pulling the chain, reducing the risk of expensive door damage and increasing the safety of users and those nearby.

Clopay track solutions include standard lift, low headroom with a front or rear mount, follow roof pitch lift, full vertical lift, and combination options.
Commercial Torsion Springs
Commercial and industrial overhead garage doors vary in size, design, and operation. Your torsion spring ensures that your door withstands the test of time and maintains peak performance. Clopay torsion spring options can be designed for the industry standard of 10,000 cycles or can be upgraded to 25,000, 50,000, or 100,000 expected life cycles.
