These guys have always taken well care of me. I can't say enough about how far that goes nowadays, they informed me over a year ago about my old beat up garage door needing replaced and sure enough it finally fell off the rails (literally) one night. They came out that morning and helped secure, take measurements and order and get one in as soon as possible. Called promptly when it arrived, SHOWED UP ON TIME! And had it removed and replaced within timeframe quoted. Grant was my installer and he was very courteous and polite and showed me everything I needed before he left. I will only call on them now. Whoever owns this company should do business consulting for how to succeed in customer service, he has hired and trained complete professionals. Kudos!

Chose this company based on prior Yelp reviews and the spiffy looking Precision van I saw on the 10. I was not disappointed. Their dispatcher worked with me to get an appointment within my limited time frame. Josh came out and did a very professional job. He fixed my problem at a reasonable cost and answered all my questions about what I can expect from a 17 year old garage door opener. YELP is such a helpful way to find great service providers and this was another five star find!

As a new homeowner in the area I received only one garage door clicker when i bought my place, and wanted an up-to-date diagnosis of the safety and functioning of the garage door. Riley was great on the phone, listened to my concerns, and then sent Grant the same day, as I was anxious to get this done before a long holiday weekend. Grant changed the code on my clicker from the last owners (so even if another clicker was floating around, it wouldn't work), added a second new clicker, safety-tested the door's latches and tracking, and tuned the motor, and lubed the moving parts, and the springs. They could have charged me double, by the book, for each service, but they gave me a very good deal, and some good advice another security issues. I am very pleased and would certainly use them for any further work I might need on fences and gates.

I called and spoke to Riley and Josh was out at my house the same day and fixed my garage door and programmed the old keypad with a new code, we thought it was broken and had no idea how to get it to work. They were super nice and easy to deal with and gave me great/affordable solutions to my problem. Super happy to know them now!

My garage door broke on a Sunday, leaving my Willys stranded inside. I contacted Precision Garage Door on Monday morning at 8 am. I was told that all appointments were booked for that day, but that they would try to fit me in. Ryan arrived at 8:30 am, and had my door repaired in less than an hour. Ryan was very professional, and gave me tips on how to keep my garage door operating efficiently! Precision has gained a customer for life!

Called for an estimate and having used Precision on my other door I wanted to utilize them once again. Chad showed for the estimate and we discussed all the details (he was very informative). Decided on all the details and waited to be scheduled. Chad estimated two weeks and I was good with that. Well a couple of days later we scheduled and it was in two days. Chad showed up with a crunched schedule, installed in about two hours. His work mate showed up and helped. All went off without a hitch. Good job guys.

I called Precision Door and Gate for help to get our electric gate working once again. We were so fortunate to have Josh arrive to help solve the problem. He took extra time listening to our experience with the gate and he spent extra time trouble shooting the problem. He solved the problem that others couldn't seem to do, and for that we sincerely thank him and Precision Door and Gate.

Josh and Chad did a terrific job replacing a broken shaft and installing a new motor. Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. This is the second project done by Precision and I'm thrilled with both installs.
